MAINTENANCE 

Schurch -A operates two levels of maintenance agreements namely: 

(i)         Comprehensive and (ii)        Non Comprehensive (Preventive)              

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE            

This implies that:: 

1) We shall be available in your office within 24 hours of receiving a fault call.

2) We shall provide every technical information and expertise needed for the smooth operation of your equipment

3) We shall not be responsible for the cost of consumable like batteries, ribbons, ink, and cartridges.

4) We shall carry out quarterly preventive maintenance for your equipment within the period.

5) The maintenance premium, which shall be, paid quarterly in advance covers both labour and spare parts excluding consumable.

 NON-COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE 

All the conditions under comprehensive maintenance service also apply here except that the maintenance premium shall cover only labour and not spare parts. This implies that our customers will bear the full cost of spare parts whenever there is need to replace any. We will meet with you to determine the details of the equipment and related cost based on above general guidelines.     

Our quarterly maintenance charges falls at  N15,000:00 per system and this include the service of other peripherals, like printers, UPS, scanner etc. and this services is two (2) times a quarter.
